Terms & Conditions Use of the Abutogek Platform – Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by abutogek. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy which also forms part of this agreement.

Abutogek reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest applicable terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the abutogek platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if necessary.

To use the abutogek platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Never having had an account closed or suspended by abutogek previously due to fraud or a breach of terms.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Abutogek conducts an identity verification (KYC) process that requires you to submit valid identification documents before any withdrawal is permitted. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in account closure without compensation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the abutogek support team via live chat. All existing balances in your account will be returned subject to the settlement of any pending transactions and KYC verification requirements.

Abutogek reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any of the terms set out in this document.
• There is suspicious activity detected on your account.
• You provided false information during registration or during the KYC process.
• Required to comply with court orders or directions from relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, abutogek reserves the right to withhold balances linked to the offending activity while an investigation is conducted.
